As part of our continued growth and with the opening of our new Florence office, we are looking for a Coordinator & Quality Manager to join our team and support the development of our operations locally.
This role will act as the operational coordinator of the Florence logistics unit, serving as the main point of contact between the local office, drivers, suppliers, and the wider company.
The position will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with hotel concierge teams, ensuring the highest service standards and strengthening relationships with our clients.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of chauffeurs, including both employed drivers and external partners, ensuring the smooth delivery of chauffeur-driven services for our clients.
