Coordinator & Quality Manager – Florence, Italy (W/M)

The Position

As part of our continued growth and with the opening of our new Florence office, we are looking for a Coordinator & Quality Manager to join our team and support the development of our operations locally.

This role will act as the operational coordinator of the Florence logistics unit, serving as the main point of contact between the local office, drivers, suppliers, and the wider company.

The position will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with hotel concierge teams, ensuring the highest service standards and strengthening relationships with our clients.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of chauffeurs, including both employed drivers and external partners, ensuring the smooth delivery of chauffeur-driven services for our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the Florence logistics unit
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Act as the main point of contact for drivers, key clients, and suppliers
  • Supervise service delivery and ensure the highest quality standards
  • Identify and resolve any operational or service-related issues
  • Monitor service performance and propose improvements to optimize processes

Candidate profile

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience managing operational teams
  • Experience in logistics, chauffeur-driven services (NCC), luxury hospitality, or event/communication agencies is highly valued

Skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent time and priority management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Maps, smartphones, apps)

Languages

  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)

Personal qualities

  • Leadership and initiative
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments
  • Strong client-service mindset and results orientation

Flexibility

  • Availability to work on weekends when required
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally
