Each season, Fashion Week turns Paris into a high-intensity logistical environment. International guest arrivals, fashion shows, press presentations and dinners follow one another according to extremely precise timelines. In this context, mobility becomes a structuring factor in the success of events.
On the occasion of the January Men’s Fashion Week and Haute Couture Fashion Week, Chabé supported several Houses through bespoke transport solutions, designed to meet high expectations in terms of coordination, fluidity and discretion.
Men’s Fashion Week: managing large-scale flows
Men’s Fashion Week opened the season with large-scale mobility operations, requiring rigorous organisation and the ability to absorb significant volumes over short timeframes.
On the evening of 20 January, a fashion show held in an emblematic cultural venue required the mobilisation of several hundred chauffeurs and vehicles, enabling the transport of nearly 1,000 people, all guest profiles combined. The simultaneous management of arrivals and departures within a constrained time slot required perfect synchronisation between on-site teams, chauffeurs and pick-up points.
A few days later, a second Men’s fashion show was held at the Musée Rodin. For this event, around one hundred vehicles were mobilised to ensure the transport of numerous guests, including VIPs, press, influencers and teams. This fashion show was part of a broader operation that also included a Haute Couture show, requiring operational continuity over several days.
Haute Couture: precision, discretion and international coordination
Haute Couture Fashion Week extended this dynamic with formats requiring an even higher level of coordination, particularly due to the presence of international guests and the multiplication of key moments surrounding the shows.
On 27 January, two Haute Couture and High Watchmaking shows held at the Grand Palais required the activation of more than 165 chauffeurs and vehicles on that single day, with a total of between 200 and 250 vehicles mobilised throughout the entire event. Nearly 300 guests were transported that day, including delegations from North America, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
For the same client, several private engagements punctuated the event, each involving a dedicated mobility setup:
an upstream High Watchmaking dinner,
a welcome dinner dedicated to an international delegation,
a gala dinner organised on the evening of the Haute Couture show.
This succession of key moments illustrates Chabé’s ability to design scalable operations, capable of adapting to a variety of formats while ensuring seamless service continuity.
At the same time, another Haute Couture fashion show took place in a Parisian heritage venue, requiring the mobilisation of approximately 100 vehicles to transport nearly 200 people, including VIPs, press, influencers and teams.
The repetition of fashion shows for the same House over closely spaced timelines highlights the importance of a structured organisation capable of maintaining a consistent level of excellence throughout the week.
Expertise designed for the most sensitive environments
Through these January Fashion Weeks, Chabé demonstrates its ability to operate in contexts where mobility goes far beyond the simple question of transportation. Anticipation of flows, management of international guests, coordination of multiple key moments, adaptation to emblematic environments: each operation is designed as an integral part of the experience offered by the Houses.
In an environment where every detail matters, mobility becomes a strategic lever, serving rhythm, peace of mind and the image of the most demanding events.
