Chabé launches a new lounge at Gare du Nord

We are delighted to announce the opening of the new Chabé lounge, an exclusive space designed to offer comfort and quality service just steps away from Gare du Nord.
Open from 6 AM to midnight every day of the week, this lounge is exclusively reserved for our clients.

PERSONALIZED ASSISTANCE

For arrivals, our coordinators greet you at the end of the platform, take care of your luggage if necessary, and accompany you to the lounge. You then have the option to enjoy the services offered in the lounge or to go directly to your chauffeur.

For departures, our drivers drop you off in front of the lounge, where you will be welcomed by one of our coordinators. You have the option to enjoy the lounge and its services or to be accompanied directly to the station.

A COMFORTABLE AND WELL-EQUIPPED SPACE

The Chabé lounge is equipped to make your wait pleasant and productive. You will find:

• A comfortable seating area for relaxation
• Free Wi-Fi
• A desk with a computer
• A luggage area equipped with two luggage carts with covers
• A cloakroom with sanitary facilities and a changing table
• A selection of hot and cold beverages
• The lounge is also equipped with a stock of child seats, umbrellas, as well as a wheelchair and a stroller.

Our team is composed of nine people dedicated to managing this new space and ensuring a smooth and efficient service. They are there to welcome you, guide you, and ensure that your passage through the station is as pleasant as possible.
