Capucine Viguier joined Chabé in 2024 as Director of Operations, where she is responsible for quality and operational performance. She oversees several key departments, including Reservations, Planning, Real-time Tracking, Subcontracting, the Grande Remise service and the vehicle fleet, while ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Before joining Chabé, Capucine acquired solid expertise in operations management and optimisation. As hotel opening Manager at Accor, she managed hotel openings for several of the Group’s brands in France and internationally. She then held the position of Operations Director at C4 Collection, where she structured and managed a para-hotel group in exceptional locations in Europe. She then steered the development of a co-living platform initiated by Bouygues Immobilier.
With this varied experience, Capucine brings to Chabé a strategic and operational vision focused on excellence.
Christophe Amadieu joined Chabé in 2024 as Digital and Marketing Director to lead the digital, IT, and marketing strategy and to drive the Group’s digital and organizational transformation.
He is tasked with enhancing the Group’s competitiveness through a comprehensive strategic vision that integrates digital innovation, the development of the client experience, and the modernization of IT solutions. His role is to position the company as expert in this domain by aligning digital ambitions with the Group’s international growth objectives, while ensuring coherence in offerings and efficiency in marketing actions.
With 18 years of experience and a degree from ESSEC, Christophe began his career at IBM, then moved to a digital marketing agency before joining major groups in the insurance and personal services sectors, where he led transformation initiatives and implemented digital strategies focused on economic performance, organizational efficiency, and value creation.
From 2007 to 2011, Samir Zahzouh joined Chabé as a student, where he discovered the expertise and know-how of the family business.
He joined the Group in 2019 and was appointed Branch Manager in 2022. In charge of the management and development of the Lyon, Alps and Switzerland branches, Samir ensures that each sector’s assignments run smoothly.
Samir began his career as an entrepreneur after graduating from the Ecole de Management Léonard de Vinci (EMLV). He flourished in entrepreneurship by co-founding various companies dedicated to the transport and luxury sectors. For 10 years, he developed his expertise in bespoke mobility within a concierge service. In particular, he was responsible for managing the travel needs of various UHNWI families around the world.
Leslie Moica took over as Managing Director of Palazzi Agency by Chabé, the new Italian subsidiary of the Chabé Group, in September 2024. With more than 10 years’ experience within the Group, she held the position of Sales and Marketing Director for seven years, actively contributing to its geographical expansion and growth.
Before joining Chabé, Leslie spent ten years in the hotel industry, working in international communications and public relations. She played a key role in the opening of two luxury hotels in the Maldives and Qatar. Leslie is a graduate of Ipag Business School.
In 2000, Philippe Bellier began his career in the field of security and physical protection for foreign officials and executives, working throughout Europe and the United States. For a decade, he was part of an American family’s protection group, playing a key role in organising travel and recruiting protection and transport teams.
In 2019, Philippe Bellier took a career turn and joined the prestigious Chabé firm, where he was appointed head of the Monaco office. In this role, he actively contributed to the company’s expansion and reputation in the region. His mastery of security issues and his ability to orchestrate complex operations were essential assets in his leadership role within the company.
With his international experience and in-depth understanding of protection requirements, Philippe Bellier continued to play a pivotal role in the security sector. His commitment to operational excellence and his ability to rise to a variety of challenges made him a recognised professional in the field.
