On the occasion of Inclusiv’Day 2025, we are reaffirming our commitment to promoting a more fair and inclusive society.
For several years now, Chabé has built partnerships with organizations committed to supporting the professional integration of people with disabilities.
One example is our collaboration with ESAT Atelier du Château, with whom we prepare gift boxes for our clients at the end of the year. This initiative highlights the craftsmanship of these workers while supporting their autonomy and career development.
Chabé’s annual participation in DuoDay—a nationwide day dedicated to inclusion—is another concrete example of the Group’s commitment. In 2024, for the second year in a row, several Chabé employees paired up with individuals with disabilities for an enriching professional immersion. A human experience that fosters awareness, connection, and a shift in perspective.
