At Chabé, we believe in the importance of supporting initiatives that promote inclusion and employment for all. That’s why we’re delighted to announce that our employees have collectively chosen to support the Fondation Agir Contre l’Exclusion, FACE.
Since 1993, FACE has been working tirelessly to help people who are far from the labour market to find their place in society.
That’s why, following a vote by our employees, Chabé has decided to support this association and the Via l’Emploi project, which aims specifically to provide support for senior citizens recognised as disabled workers.
This programme offers tailored socio-professional support, with individual monitoring and group workshops. It also raises companies’ awareness of good practice and encourages job retention. The Group is proud to play a role in organising meetings between jobseekers and companies.
But our commitment doesn’t stop there. Throughout the year, we work closely with the FACE Foundation to diversify our recruitment by proposing our job offers to their beneficiaries.
